Using Clocked
Clock a use
Tap the Clock a use control on an item card. The count increases and the displayed cost per use falls automatically.
Undo a use
Use the Undo control that appears immediately after clocking. You can also open the item and remove an incorrect history entry.
Recurring costs
Choose recurring when adding an item, then set the amount and billing interval. Clocked includes elapsed charges in its cost-per-use calculation.
Widgets and Shortcuts
Add a Clocked widget from the iPhone widget gallery. Siri and Shortcuts actions use the same locally cached item list.
Account and sync
Clocked requires an account so your item and use history can be backed up and available across supported devices. Sign in with the same Apple account on each device. The app keeps an offline cache, so your recent data remains useful during temporary network interruptions and syncs when connectivity returns.
If data appears out of date, keep Clocked open briefly on a reliable connection. Do not sign out or delete the app until sync completes if the device contains changes that have not reached another device.
Clocked Unlimited
Clocked Unlimited is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription. Apple processes payment and refund requests. If you already purchased it with the same Apple ID, open Settings in Clocked and choose Restore purchases.
Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your Clocked account from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes the account and associated synced item and use records from Clocked’s active systems. Delete exported files or local photos separately wherever you saved them.
Read the Privacy Policy for details about information, service providers, retention, and your choices.
